How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Redresources Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Redresources Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Redresources Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@redresources.property and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
